At Bask and Belle, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping fees or minimum purchase requirements. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay (excluding applicable taxes).

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Only: We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
  • No International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of India.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

4. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, unforeseen logistics delays or weather conditions may occasionally impact delivery times.

5. Payment Information (Prepaid Only)

To ensure a smooth and contactless delivery experience, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this time.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, NetBanking, and wallet payments.
  • All payments are processed through a secure gateway to ensure your data is protected.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking ID and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery. Ask the courier to return it and contact us immediately.

  • If you have already accepted the package and found the items damaged, please verify the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours.
